Roast turkey.

In a casserole the turkey is placed, we place to his side twelve small potatoes, two tomatoes and an onion. We throw on the turkey two glasses of white wine, a jet of olive, salt and a bit of ground pepper.
We introduce the casserole in the oven to a temperature give 190 degrees during 135 minutes.
Once roasted, we extract the casserole and divide the turkey with the help of a holder and a knife.
